ANNUAL AWARDS

Best Branch President - There should be only one award at each level i.e. one each in small, medium & large category. The following points should be taken into consideration -

1. Attendance in SWC. #10 marks
2. Attendance in the Local Branch Presidents and Secretaries meeting. #10 marks
3. Attendance in the conference & any workshop called by the State. #10 marks
4. Maintenance of discipline & harmony at the branch level.#10 marks
5. Maintenance of Protocol.#10 marks
Best Secretary Award - There should be only one award in each category i.e. one each in small, medium & large branch. The following points shouldtaken into consideration-

1. Attendance in SWC. #10 marks
2. Attendance in the President & Secty.meeting at the time of conference. #10 marks
3. Attendance in the conference & any workshop called by the State. #10 marks
4. Monthly activity. #10 marks
5. No pending. #10 marks
Community Service award - two awards at the level of overall State should be given. The following points should be taken into consideration -

1. Public awareness. #10 marks
2. Organisation of health mela, camp & free clinic for the poor.#10 marks
3.Participation in Govt. Sponsored. #10 marks
Total marks achieved in this category should be divided by three & then they should be considered in the best branch award category in (ii).

News Letter Awards should be abolished
Academic Activity Award - two awards at the state level should be given taking the following points into consideration -

1. No. of Scientific. #10 marks
2. State level. #10 marks
Total marks achieved in this category should be divided by three & then they should be considered in the best branch award category in (i).

Doctors Day Award - two awards at the state level should be given with the following points -

1. As per Hq.#10 marks
2. Press.#10 marks
3. Honoring the spouse & wards of the members for their social &/ or Academic excellence.#10 marks
Total marks achieved in this category should be divided by three & then they should be considered in the best branch award category in (iii).

Membership Drive Award
1.Gold- 05 Life members/ 10 annual members (in the ration of 1:2)
2.Silver- 05 to 09 annual members (in the ration of 1:2)
IMA AMS Award - two awards as follows:

1 .Membership drive.
2.Academic activity.
